YanTron Group “Shanhai Tower Energy & Carbon Management Platform” Selected as 2025 AI-empowered Smart Building Best Practice Case

Recently, the Shenzhen Futian Shanhai Tower Energy & Carbon Management Platform, jointly developed by Shenzhen Futian District Bureau of Public Works, YanTron Group-Intelligent TY, was selected as AI-empowered Smart Building Innovation in Practice Selected Case(2025) by the Smart Building Committee of the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency. This marks a major step forward for YanTron Group in driving deep AI–Smart Building integration and exploring innovative development pathways.

The project adopts an integrated approach including low-carbon behavior guidance, lighting optimization, HVAC, power distribution optimization, and eco-friendly material application, while leveraging core technologies of IoT + Data-driven + Model-driven. It establishes a smart energy-carbon management platform integrating IoT sensing, system fusion, and data empowerment.

AI empowerment is the platform’s core highlight, demonstrated in two key aspects:

Efficient Management – AI assists managers in energy budgeting, big data processing, energy review, and professional energy-saving diagnostics, supporting operational optimization and retrofit decision-making while improving management efficiency.

Smart Analysis & Decision-making – By combining objectives, strategies, and weather conditions, the platform enables future energy trend simulations, real-time energy monitoring, and historical review of consumption drivers. It provides precise energy-saving diagnostics, identifies improvement directions, and achieves a dynamic balance between energy efficiency and comfort.

The platform realizes “full data integration, full state visualization” in building management, significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. It offers a replicable and scalable model for retrofitting existing buildings. The project strongly aligns with national green, low-carbon, and digital transformation strategies, providing an important demonstration for reducing building energy use, achieving dual-carbon targets, and promoting low-carbon smart construction in the Greater Bay Area.
