通车了！浙江首座“三桥合一”双层特大桥永宁大桥
今日上午十点，由林同棪国际工程咨询（中国）有限公司作为全过程工程咨询单位参与建设的温州市域铁路S3线附属配套工程（瑞安段）永宁大桥在万众瞩目中迎来了正式通车的历史性时刻！
永宁大桥项目于2021年10月28日正式开工——2024年8月28日主桥合龙——2026年2月6日通车，总历时1563天。
本项目作为“浙江省首批千项万亿项目”，北起飞云江北岸瑞光大道，南至飞云江南岸纬五路附近，全长约3.12公里，其中跨江范围长约1.1公里，主跨260米，集市域铁路、快速路、一级公路三种交通功能于一体，是浙江省首座“三桥合一”的双层特大桥，项目总投资约40.4亿。
永宁大桥作为公司首个公轨两用特大桥全过程工程咨询项目，我们秉持以技术咨询为主导的全过程工程咨询服务理念，通过结合建设单位“重统筹”，全过程咨询单位“强专业”的特点，形成“建设单位+全过程咨询”融合管理新模式。
为保证项目建设质量，我司派驻特大桥建设经验丰富的勘察设计大师作为项目技术负责人常驻现场开展技术服务工作。
在项目管理阶段，引入数智化手段，打造“特大桥数智化全过程工程咨询”新模式，搭建完善的全咨组织架构，为业主提供多元融合的应用服务。
在建设过程中，本项目作为首批入选“浙江省平安百年品质工程“项目，曾多次获得浙江省平安工地奖、瑞安市骏马工程奖及国家级BIM大赛评奖。
大桥建成后可显著提升飞云江区域通道通行能力，一桥连两岸、飞虹绘通途，永宁大桥担负着瑞安都市跃迁、融合发展的先锋使命。
